I love this short video. It is too funny, but also has a serious undertone; something that we should all think about. Anyone who hasn't seen the movie "Supersize Me" should really watch it. In just 30 days of eatting only fast food, it can create major havoc with many body systems.
I would also suggest that people view the movie "Food Inc." In this movie, it shows you how food is actually made. You wouldn't believe some of the stuff they put in it, and on it! Oh, there are lots of people that I talk to who say, "Oh, no I don't want to see that! I don't even want to think about how our food is made!" So, my questions to them is, "So, when are you going to take a serious look at food? Before it makes you, or somebody that you love sick, and seriously ill, or after?"
I realize that we can't all eat perfect, but there are things we can do. If we don't eat the proper kinds of foods we should be supplementing with highly nutrious dietary supplements (not the cheap, ineffective kind from your local department store, drug store, or grocery).
