So did you ever wonder what really is in that "Fast Food" burger you are eating every day for lunch?  Would you believe that a large majority of people don't even want to know what is in their food?  Does that even make sense?  It is a fact, one that has been proven to be true time and time again, "You ARE what you EAT!"  Take a look at this little cartoon short.  You may be surprised.

It seems that in the modern world, everything now seems to be about:

FAST, EASY & CHEAP?

The Food We Eat Really Does Matter!

In a world where our food supply is so tainted, not to mention less nutritious due to the use of herbicides and pesticides destroying the minerals in the ground that are necessary for growing healthy food supplies; we need to make better choices for our food, and also use supplementation as a way to be sure of getting the proper nutrients.  The supplements I use, in my opinion, and according to the tests done on them, are some of the best of the best in pure nutrients.  Do you know what is in your supplements and how they are made?  We do!

Are you eating food from a sustainable source, or from a factory farm?  Do you know what the difference is?  If you don't know, then you might want to watch the short cartoon films below.  There are a lot of movies that show the real thing, but you can get the idea from these short films about "The Meatrix."

The Meatrix I

The Meatrix II

The original Meatrix movie changed the way we look at meat. The sequel will change way we feel about cheese, watch The Meatrix II: Revolting!

The Meatrix II 1/2

Taking the fast out of fast food! The action continues in the award-winning Meatrix series. Moopheus, Leo, and Chickity learn firsthand about the problems with meat processing.

According to the Nature's Sunhine blog, "In 1822, the average American consumed 45 grams of sugar (the average amount of a 12-ounce soda) EVERY 5 DAYS. Today, Americans average 765 grams of sugar every 5 days and about 3 pounds of sugar every week!

And many still wonder why there's a rise in obesity, diabetes and heart disease. Refined sugar is linked to those things and hypertension, aching limbs, high blood pressure, depression, acne, headaches, fatigue, stiffening of arteries, violence, nervous tension and more. The American Heart Association recommends no more than 9.5 teaspoons of sugar per day and the average adult averages 22 teaspoons per day. And even worse, the average child averages 32 teaspoons per day."

Here is a great infographic from Online Nursing Programs that shows the sugar consumption issue very well.

There are some much healthier alternatives to sugar, like natural honey, molasses, xylitol and stevia.

Ever wonder what's really in that fast food your kids love so much?  Now is your chance to find out.  It is truly unbelievable that some of these toxic food practices are authorized as being okay!  No wonder cancer and heart disease are the top two killer diseases in America!
